Huawei are a large, multinational consumer electronics brand, based in China.
I’ve not yet used or reviewed a Huawei E-ink tablet, so cannot comment on the ecosystem or customer service.

Firmware
Huawei tablets run HarmonyOS, which is their fork of the Android Open Source Project (AOSP), and different to Android (although many Android apps can run on it).
