Whilst the bulk of this website is dedicated to E-Ink Tablets (tablets with e-ink screens, that also support handwriting with a stylus), this corner of the site focuses on their similar, but generally smaller cousins, E-Readers (tablets with e-ink screens that do not support handwriting input with a stylus, and designed primarily for reading tasks).
I decided to add this section because I regularly get questions from visitors asking about them, and also because many e-ink tablet brands also manufacture e-readers (and I have quite a few in my personal collection).
If you’re new to e-readers, and want to know the main differences between the different brands, how to get find/buy ebooks, and what pitfalls to avoid, then the best place to start is my BEGINNER’S GUIDE.
And, if you have a rough idea of what you are looking for, check out the options on my COMPARISON TABLE.
In due course, I will be writing full reviews of the e-readers I own, but this will depend on how much time I have available – my priority will always remain with e-ink tablets.
