Fujitsu are a large, multinational consumer electronics brand, based in Japan.
Their Fujitsu Quaderno range of e-ink tablets have very limited hardware and software features, but offer a simple and practical note-taking experience.
Fujitsu are a well established consumer electronics brand, based in Japan.
Ecosystem
The Fujitsu ecosystem is very simple to use.
Fujitsu Quaderno tablets have native support for only a single filetype (PDF). So, the only files that can be opened/annotated are PDF. Similarly, handwritten notebooks are also stored as PDF files.
Although Quaderno tablets appear to run a version of Android, it is not possible to install third-party apps from the Google Play Store. Therefore, Fujitsu Quaderno tablets can do little more than note-taking and reading/annotating PDFs.
Customer Service
I’ve not experienced Fujitsu customer service so cannot comment on this.

Firmware
I’ve not had first-hand experience of Fujitsu Quaderno tablets, however, from what I’ve seen in other reviews and heard from regular eWritable vistors, it appears to offer a very nice writing experience, akin to using pen and paper, but is very limited in functionality.
There is an app that can be used to transfer files between the Quaderno and a desktop computer.
If any Fujitsu Quaderno users would like to provide further details, I’d be happy to publish them on the website – contact me here.

Buying options
Although Fujitsu Quaderno tablets may be available from local consumer electronics outlets, it can be quite difficult to source.
The only place I’ve seen them regularly available is on eBay* (both new and used units).
FujitsuQuaderno dot com is not an official Fujitsu store, but instead appears to be operated by Good E-Reader.
